An RF Desktop Shield Box, also called a benchtop RF shielded enclosure or desktop RF test box, is a compact, portable Faraday cage designed for testing small to medium wireless devices on a workbench or rack shelf. It isolates the device under test (DUT) from ambient electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), creating a clean RF environment for accurate, repeatable wireless testing.
Unlike larger standalone boxes or rack-mount enclosures, the RF desktop shield box is purpose-built for individual engineer workstations. It is lightweight enough to move, compact enough for tight bench space, and fast to load and unload for high-iteration R&D or small-batch QA to work.
